I am currently an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield (except Blue Value), Aetna, & Humana.
While I am an out-of-network provider at this time for other insurance companies, and do not personally bill your insurance company, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Some clients will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. It is important to know that many clients will not receive any reimbursement. Whether you choose to submit a superbill to your insurance company or not, the full fee will be due at each session. *Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis*
Cash, check, major debit and credit cards, and HSA debit cards are accepted for payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $60 administrative fee.
